Terms and Conditions (“Terms”)

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using the https://upminded.com website (the “Services”) operated by UpMinded Pty Ltd (“us”, “we”, or “our”).

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your contact details including Name, Email and Phone Number. More detailed information will be collected if you are applying to be matched into a Mastermind.

You are purchasing a Service and once that service has been delivered there are no refunds.

Should you wish to request a refund before the service is delivered a refund will be processed to the original method of payment or if that is not possible (e.g., wire payments) we will complete a Direct Deposit to your bank Account. All payments are processed in Aud dollars, and any refunds are limited to the amount paid in Aud dollars. GST payments and banking fees are non-refundable.

MasterMind Placements: As soon as we have your Application we will start your placement. The speed of your placement will depend upon the suitability of other applicants and how well they may be matched with you. You may be placed immediately or up to 7-10 days later.

MasterMind Tutoring. Upon receiving your Application you will be directed to a booking page where you can book your Tutoring Session. Sessions are offered every weekday – please book a date that suits you.

All content on UpMinded.com including text, photos, testimonials, graphics, and other content is Copyright and not allowed to be copied and reused.

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by UpMinded.com

UpMinded.com has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services.

You further acknowledge and agree that UpMinded.com shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
